Salam. I’m Sophia Anjum, and I currently live in Lahore, Pakistan, with my two adult children and our two cats, Kookie and Kimchi. My ancestors are from pre-partition India, the Middle East and Central Asia.
My primary work is as an ancestral healing practitioner and psychopomp, where I help guide individuals to reconnect with their ancestral lineage, heal generational wounds, and find peace during times of grief tending. My previous training as a psychotherapist, Reiki practitioner, end-of-life doula, and in Internal Family Systems (IFS) has provided me with a strong foundation in emotional and spiritual healing. Over the years, I’ve continued to deepen my understanding of spiritual practices, weaving together these various approaches to offer holistic support and guide individuals on their journey of connection, healing, and transformation.
